Breakfast: Finely chop a small bunch of dill. In a bowl, mix 1 egg, 100 g of cottage cheese (do not RUB, there should be grains left), 15 g of rice flour, 20 g of grated Russian cheese, greens. Heat a small non-stick frying pan, reduce the heat to medium, put the dough on the pan in an even layer. Cover with a lid, wait for the top to catch a little. Turn the khachapuri over and fry on the second side.
Lunch: Cutlets from Wednesday to garnish boiled rice (40 g of dry product) and 100 g of cucumbers.
Afternoon snack: Salad of 200 g of cucumbers, 150 g of tomatoes, 15 g of olive oil.
Supper: At the rate of 400 g of beef, 200 g of zucchini, 200 g of tomatoes, 100 g of pepper, 50 g of onions, 50 g of carrots.
Beef, pepper and zucchini cut into pieces with walnuts. Cut the onion into half rings and grate the carrots. Beat the tomatoes with a blender with salt and herbs to taste. In a non-stick saucepan, lightly fry the onion and carrot (without oil), add the chicken, pepper and zucchini, and fry all together. Reduce the heat to low, pour in the tomato sauce, cover and simmer for about an hour. At the end, add 20 g of olive oil, crushed garlic clove and coriander.
Divide the stew evenly between Thursday and Friday.
